We pride ourselves in saying that our Coconut Ice is both vegan and absolutely delicious. We carefully combine creamed coconut, sugar and desiccated coconut to make a mixture that our chefs then split into two. Our addition of natural beetroot colouring gives one half a soft pink colour. We leave the other half white to create the classic Coconut Ice.
